Foreign Ministry: No info on Armenian citizens in China with coronavirus
The Embassy of Armenia in China is constantly taking steps to establish direct contact with the citizens of the Armenia on the territory of China, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
“The embassy is in direct contact with three Armenian citizens currently residing in Wuhan, Hubei. There is no information on any Armenian citizens in China among those infected [with coronavirus] at the moment,” the ministry said.
The Foreign Ministry calls on Armenian citizens residing in China to send their phone numbers and residence addresses to the embassy’s e-mail at [email protected].
The death toll from the novel coronavirus in China has reached 56 while more than 2,000 have been infected.
