Henrikh Mkhitaryan named Armenia’s best footballer for the 9th time
Football Federation of Armenia has summed up the results of the voting held in the nomination of “Player of the Year” in 2019. The official website of the FFA reports about this.
Armenian national team captain and Arsenal midfielder playing for Italian side Roma on loan Henrikh Mkhitaryan was named the best player of 2019, getting 109 points. Mkhitaryan thus was named the best Armenian player for the 9th time.
The forward of German TSG Hoffenheim and the Armenia national team Sargis Adamyan took the second place, scoring 104 points, while Tigran Barseghyan of Kazakh side Astana came the third in the list with 61 points.
