Several injured in Tehran-Yerevan bus crash
Several passengers were injured in a passenger bus crash in northern Iran on Tuesday, the Armenian Embassy to the Islamic Republic of Iran said in a Facebook post.
According to the source, the bus that was heading from Iran to Armenian capital Yerevan crashed on the Tavriz -Chenjan highway near the city Mianeh at around 6.00am local time.
The injured citizens were taken to nearby hospitals in Tabriz and Mianeh cities, the source said, adding preliminary data suggest no Armenian citizens were in the bus.
