FM emphasized the necessity of involvement of Artsakh’s elected representatives in the peace process – MFA spokesperson
“The three-day intensive discussions between Armenian and Azerbaijani FM focused on a wide range of issues concerning the Nagorno Karabakh peaceful settlement” Spokeswoman at the foreign ministry Anna Naghdalyan wrote on Facebook, following the end of the meeting.
“The implementation of arrangements reached in 2019 and discussed proposals, next possible steps in preparing the peoples for peace, the principles and elements which will lie in the base of the future settlement were among them. Discussed were the timetable and agenda aimed at the advancement of the peace process,” Naghdalyan wrote, adding: “FM Mnatsakanyan emphasized the need of involvement of the elected representatives of the Artsakh people in the peace process.”
