
Armenian PM approves composition of commission on constitutional reforms
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision to set up a professional commission on constitutional reforms, approving its composition and staff.
The commission is composed of 16 members.
According to the decision posted on the government website, the commission is to draw up a concept of constitutional reforms within a three-month period after commencement its activity, ensure public debates on it and submit it to the prime minister’s office.
In addition, the commission must submit draft constitutional amendments to the PM’s office by September 1.
