Kocharyan: Our people have already resolved Karabakh conflict
The Armenian people have already resolved the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan said in a video posted by 2rd.am on Facebook.
“…Our people have already resolved the Karabakh conflict, and the negotiations have one goal today: to legalize what we have today on this land,” the ex-president said in his speech in response to an Azerbaijani delegate to the PACE.
“Yes, the world recognizes the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan; we also recognize Azerbaijan's territorial integrity,” he said. “But the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has nothing to do with Azerbaijan's territorial integrity because you – the independent Republic of Azerbaijan – have never had it. You have gained independence along with the Karabakh people. I participated in the military operations and I'm proud of the results we have today.”
