Army medical dept. chief: Armenian soldier wounded in Tavush in grave but stable condition
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia stated during an open discussion with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Munich on Saturday that an Armenian soldier had been wounded in a north-eastern military post in Tavush Province by Azerbaijani sniper.
Speaking to Panorama.am, the chief of the Military Medical Department of the Armenian Armed Forces, Sahak Ohanyan said that the wounded soldier was in grave but stable condition.
“The wounded soldier is in grave condition due to the surgery he has undergone, but the injuries are not life-threatening,” he said.
The serviceman had been injured in the head, Ohanyan said.
