Court hearing in trial of Kocharyan, three other former top officials postponed
The court hearing in the trial of Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan and three other former senior officials Armen Gevorgyan, Seyran Ohanyan and Yuri Khachaturov had to be postponed on Tuesday amid the absence of the interpreter.
Presiding judge Anna Danibekyan announced that shortly before the start of the hearing the court received a notice that Khachaturov’s interpreter Tsovinar Torosyan could not attend it, whereas the court cannot provide an interpreter for a short time.
The next court hearing has been scheduled for 25 February.
