Artskah schools suspend classes amid increase in acute respiratory infections
Classes in all public schools in Artsakh have been suspended for two days amid the seasonal increase in the acute upper respiratory tract viral infections.
The suspension of classes on 21-22 February are aimed at preventing the spread of the infection and protecting the health of the population, the Artsakh Health Ministry said in an official statement on Friday.
By the order of the health minister, the ambulatory polyclinics operating under the Health Ministry will work on Saturday, February 22, till 3pm in an effort to further contain the disease.
The ministry urges people to follow its advices to avoid getting sick or developing serious flu complications.
