Artsakh Defense Minister held working consultation
The newly appointed Defense Minister and the commander of the Defense Army of the Artsakh Republic Major-General Jalal Harutyunyan held a working consultation on Saturday. As the press service at the Defense Ministry reported, the meeting was attended by deputies of the commander of the Defense Army, heads of divisions and structures of the Ministry, high-level military officials.
As the source reported, the consultation addressed ongoing and planned activities of the Defense Army. Harutyunyan gave instructions to the responsible staff for their implementation.
