President of the Constitutional Court receives the delegation of OSCE/ODIHR
The President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan received today the delegation of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), Panorama.am learnt from the press service of the Constitutional Court.
The interlocutors touched upon the judicial reforms underway in Armenia, legislative processes and the existing problems of the legislative sphere. At the request of the guests, Hrayr Tovmasyan briefed on the activity of the Court and the recent developments around it.
The parties also reflected on the processes of constitutional changes, the constitutional regulations of the participation of the Court in the processes as well as issues related to ensuring the normal operation of the Court.
