Another military base in Artsakh switched to new canteen services
A new canteen managed by private contractors was opened on Sunday at one of military bases of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army. The opening event was attended by the Artsakh Defense Minister Jalal Harutyunyan who got familiarized with the functioning of the newly introduced catering system. As the ministry press service said, the servicemen stressed their satisfaction with the menu and the food supply service.
The commander of the military unit Karen Shakaryan noted that the new food supply arrangement by the private contractors saves huge human and material resources for the troops and the officers as it enables them to allocate more time on combat preparedness and put greater emphasis on trainings.
