Coronavirus cases in Armenia jump to 115 as of March 19
Armenia has confirmed five new coronavirus infections as of March 19, 9am, bringing the total number of cases to 115 in the country.
Doctors assess the health of all coronavirus patients as satisfactory, the Ministry of Health reported.
The vast majority of cases are related to the cases of the town of Echmiadzin and a manufacturing company in Yerevan.
The first confirmed coronavirus patient in Armenia is said to have recovered and discharged from hospital.
Armenia declared a 30-day state of emergency on Monday in an effort to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus.
