Armenian ombudsman to submit special letter to int'l organizations after child wounded in Azerbaijani shooting
Armenian Human Rights Defense (Ombudsman) Arman Tatoyan will submit a special letter to international organizations over the wounding of a 14-year-old Armenian boy in Azerbaijani shooting on Monday, his office reported.
Azerbaijani military attempted a subversive attack on the Armenian military posts in Noyemberyan community of Tavush Province at around 7pm, wounding two servicemen and one child.
The boy was standing in the balcony at the moment of shooting.
After receiving first aid, he was transferred to Surb Astvatsamayr (St. Mary) Medical Center in Yerevan with gunshot wounds in the chest.
The child is currently in a grave but stable condition, doctors say.
