Soldier fatally wounded in Artsakh
A soldier of the Artsakh Defense Army suffered fatal gunshot wounds in the military post of a south-eastern military unit on Friday, shortly after midnight.
The deceased was identified as Garegin K. Babakekhyan, 20, the Artsakh Defense Ministry’s press service reported.
The circumstances of the tragic incident are yet to be clarified.
A probe is underway.
The ministry says it shares the heavy grief of the loss, extending its condolences to the family and fellow servicemen of the deceased.
