Presidential runoff elections over in Artsakh
The second round of presidential elections is over in the Artsakh Republic. All 281 polling stations, including the one in Yerevan, were officially closed at 8:00 pm on Tuesday.
To remind, the Chairman of the United Homeland Party, former Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan and Foreign Minister Masis Mayilyan faced off in the second round of elections. The latter had earlier urged his supporters to boycott the elections due to coronavirus.
According to the country’s Central Electoral Commission (CEC), voter turnout at Artsakh elections stood at 37,5% as of 17.00
