15,771 voters cast ballots in Artsakh runoff election as of 11am
As many as 15,771 voters (or 15.2% of eligible voters) have cast their ballots in the Artsakh runoff election to decide its next president as of 11am Tuesday, April 14, the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) revealed.
Voters are more active in Hadrut, Askeran, Martuni, Martakert regions.
Chairman of the United Homeland Party, former Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan and Foreign Minister Masis Mayilyan are facing off in the second round of elections. The latter has urged his supporters to boycott the elections due to coronavirus.
