Coronavirus cases in Georgia reach 296, 68 patients recovered
Georgia has reported a total of 296 cases of the new coronavirus as of Tuesday, April 14. 68 of the 296 patients have recovered and three have died, Agenda.ge reports.
There are also three Georgian citizens in the country who tested positive for the virus abroad and are undergoing treatment in Georgia.
223 patients remain infected with the virus in Georgia.
A resident of Kaspi municipality in eastern Georgia has tested positive for the virus.
Five of the new cases reported earlier today are connected with Kobuleti municipality in western Georgia which is in lockdown.
In total 25 patients from Kobuleti are infected with the coronavirus as of now.
As of April 14, 4,856 people are under quarantine and 458 others in hospitals.
