Police charges 10.269 people in Armenia with violating restrictions of movement
As of April 20, 10.269 people in Armenia have been pressed with administrative charges for violating the restrictions of movement imposed by the Commandant to contain the coronavirus pandemic. As the Police of Armenia reports, for the indicated period, some 26 people were pressed administrative charges for violating the rules of isolation and self-isolation.
82 instances of violation of financial-economic activity rules were reported over the mentioned period. It is noted that officers of Police units conduct service in the adjacent areas to supermarkets, banks and areas where possible gatherings of people may occur.
The police once again urge citizens to refrain from going outside unless necessary for essentials, and while out follow the requirements set by the Commandant decision.
