Victory Park, Yerablur Military Pantheon to be closed to public on May 9
All pedestrian and vehicle routes leading to the Victory Park and Yerablur Military Pantheon in Yerevan will be shut down on the May 9 Triple Holiday in a bid to curb the further spread of the novel coronavirus, police said.
Only official ceremonies will be held on the day, while all mass events have been postponed.
Violating the rules will lead to legal consequences, police said.
"Dear citizens, in order to avoid irreversible consequences amid the pandemic, we call on everyone to treat the decision with understanding," the statement reads.
