Coronavirus: Armenia reports 289 new cases on May 26
Armenia has confirmed 289 new coronavirus infections, bringing the total number of cases to 7,402 in the country as of 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, the Ministry of Health reports.
75 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 3,220.
The COVID-19 fatalities have grown by 4 to 91.
The latest victims were 85 (male), 70 (female), 83 (female) and 81 (female) years old and had underlying chronic health conditions, the ministry said.
In addition, 39 coronavirus patients have died from another disease so far.
The number of active cases is 4,052.
As many as 52,554 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
