340 Covid-19 infections reported in Shirak province since the disease outbreak
As of May 27, 47 patients diagnosed with coronavirus are treated at Gyumri Infectious hospital. As Shirak Governor’s office reported, 20 out of the total number are residents of Shirak province. According to the source, 245 patients have recovered and discharged from hospitals to date, 167 of them being residents of Shirak.
26 patients from the province receive treatment in yerevan.. The coronavirus death toll stands at 9.
315 people with coronavirus symptoms have been placed in isolation and 18 people have tested positive for the virus.
Since March 1,866 coronavirus tests have been performed at Shirak hospitals and the regional branch of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the source said.
