Coronavirus: Armenia reports 442 new cases, 15 deaths on May 28
Armenia has confirmed 442 new coronavirus infections, bringing the total number of cases to 8,216 in the country as of 11 a.m. Thursday, May 28, the Ministry of Health reports.
32 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 3,287.
The Covid-19 fatalities have grown by 15 to 113. The oldest victim was 92 and the youngest 43 years old, the ministry said.
The number of active cases is 4,772.
As many as 54,931 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
According to the latest data, 271 patients are in serious condition, while 53 others are in critical condition with 18 citizens put on ventilators.
