Artsakh foreign minister reappointed
By the decree of Artsakh Republic President-elect Arayik Harutyunyan, Masis Mayilyan has been reappointed as Artsakh Foreign Minister, the president himself revealed at an online news conference on Friday.
Harutyunyan said he had discussed different forms of cooperation with Mayilyan, a runner-up at the March presidential elections.
"I am obliged to cooperate with him. Of course, I must say that our relations have been very warm. At this phase, we have decided that he will continue to hold the post of Artsakh's foreign minister. I want to thank Masis Mayilyan for accepting the offer of cooperation,” the Artsakh leader said.
