79 coronavirus patients receive treatment at Gyumri Infectious hospital
As of May 30, 79 patients are treated at Gyumri Infectious hospital diagnosed with coronavirus. As Shirak Governor’s office reported, 24 out of the total number are residents of Shirak province.
According to the source, 252 patients have recovered and discharged from hospitals to date, nine have died, while 26 patients are treated at Yerevan hospitals. 312 citizens have been advised to self-isolate, 24 of whom have coronavirus symptoms who remain under the medical surveillance.
Since March, 1,942 coronavirus tests have been performed at Shirak hospitals and the regional branch of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the source said.
