Artsakh president appoints new ministers
Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a range of decrees to appoint new ministers on Monday, June 1.
In particular, Levon Grigoryan has been appointed Artsakh Minister of Economy and Industrial Infrastructures.
Vahram Baghdasaryan has been selected as Artsakh Minister of Finance.
David Poghosyan has been appointed Chairman of the Artsakh State Revenue Committee.
On the same day the Artsakh leader approved the government's decisions, according to which Edgar Harutyunyan has been released from the position of Head of the Martakert Regional Administration upon his own request.
Hayk Bakhshiyan is set to replace him in the post.
