Health minister: There are enough hospital beds for coronavirus patients for now
There are enough hospital beds to be provided for coronavirus patients in Armenia for now, Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan said on Tuesday as he met with heads of the medical facilities treating patients infected with Covid-19.
The hospital heads noted that the rehabilitation departments are especially overloaded, the Ministry of Health reported.
According to the minister, the bed fund of the hospitals will be enough to serve all patients even if the infection rate of the recent days is maintained.
Also, Torosyan urged the heads of the facilities to be consistent in the treatment of coronavirus patients and to pay special attention to discharges.
