Coronavirus patient jumps from hospital window in Armenia
A 55-year-old patient with Covid-19 undergoing treatment at Artashat Medical Center in Armenia’s Ararat Province has jumped out of the hospital window, Ministry of Health spokeswoman Alina Nikoghosyan said on Facebook.
“The incident was immediately reported to the law enforcement agencies. The patient was admitted to the hospital on June 29,” she wrote.
The patient was immediately taken to Surb Grigor Lusavorich Medical Center in Yerevan with multiple injuries, the spokesperson said.
The patient is in serious condition, being under the supervision of doctors, Nikoghosyan added.
