Robert Kocharyan re-elected to Sistema Board of Directors
Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan was re-elected as an independent director of the Board of Directors of Sistema PJSFC, a leading Russian public diversified holding company, during the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on 27 June.
The meeting was held as an online conference arranged for the presentation of the company's annual performance results and for answering the shareholders' questions. The vote was held remotely, the company said in a statement on Monday.
The new members of the Board of Directors are Head of Rusnano Management Company Anatoly Chubais, former Deputy Prime Minister of Luxembourg Etienne Schneider and Sistema PJSFC President Vladimir Chirakhov.
At the Board of Directors' meeting, which took place after the AGM, the members elected Vladimir Evtushenkov as Chair, and Anna Belova and Andrey Dubovskov as Deputy Chairs of the Board, the statement said.
