Armenian FM briefs Iranian counterpart on Armenian-Azerbaijani border situation
Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan on Tuesday held a phone conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.
The Armenian foreign policy chief briefed his Iranian counterpart on the situation in the northeast of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, resulting from the use of force by Azerbaijan, the Foreign Ministry reported.
The sides mutually emphasized the importance of preserving the regional security and stability, as well as exclusively peaceful settlement of the conflicts.
