PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan reportedly recovers from coronavirus
The leader of the opposition Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP), lawmaker Gagik Tsarukyan has recovered from the coronavirus infection, PAP MP Iveta Tonoyan said on Facebook, dismissing media reports that Tsarukyan is seriously ill with COVID-19.
She said Tsarukyan was tested for the virus for the second time on Tuesday, adding the test results have come back negative.
Nothing that the opposition leader has already gotten into shape, Tonoyan expressed gratitude to all those who were concerned by his health and expressed their support to Tsarukyan.
“I wish speedy recovery to all our compatriots infected with coronavirus,” she added.
