Relative calm maintains on Armenian-Azerbaijani border
The situation remained relatively calm on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border on Wednesday night and in the early hours of Thursday, Defense Ministry spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan said on Facebook.
The Azerbaijani forces violated the ceasefire 6 times from different firearms on some parts of the border, firing around 43 shots at the Armenian military positions.
The outposts located near the villages of Chinari, Movses and Nerkin Karmiraghbyu came under Azerbaijani gunfire five times, while the one near the village of Zangakatun only once, the spokeswoman said.
