Solar panel production volumes grow by around 36% in Armenia
5,779 units of solar panels have been manufactured in Armenia in January-May 2020, according to the data released by the National Statistical Service (NSS).
As the newly released data suggest, the production volumes grew by 35.6% to compare with the volumes produced in the same period of the previous year. According to the source, 837units out of the total number were produced in May.
NSS data next indicate that in January-May 2020, a total of 6.8 million kilowatt-hours of electricity were produced in Armenia's solar power plants, increasing by 41.7% to compare with the same period of 2019.
