Pashinyan: We stand by brotherly Lebanon
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan offered his support to the brotherly people of Lebanon in the wake of a massive explosion in Beirut on Tuesday that left at least 78 killed and thousands injured.
“I am shocked by the news of deadly blast in Lebanon. I just talked to His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia. I extended my support to His Holiness Aram I, the Armenian community and the brotherly state and people of Lebanon,” the PM said in a Facebook post shortly after the blast.
“We mourn the death of all victims and offer our condolences to the relatives and friends of all victims. We stand by brotherly Lebanon,” Pashinyan said.
