Artsakh reports seven fresh COVID-19 cases
Artsakh has reported seven new coronavirus infections in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 268 as of Thursday, August 20.
The five new cases have been identified from circle of interactions of the previously confirmed case in capital Stepanakert, the Artsakh Information Headquarters reports, citing the Ministry of Health. Another two cases were confirmed in Martakert town.
The number of active cases is 18. Some 31 citizens are currently isolated in Artsakh. Two coronavirus patients are in serious condition, while two others are in moderate condition.
As many as 8,522 tests have been performed since the disease outbreak.
