Ararat Mirzoyan sends congratulatory message on Artsakh Independence Day
The Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia has sent congratulatory message to the Speaker of Artsakh Parliament Artur Tovmasyan on Independence Day of Artsakh Republic.
"I follow with undisguised pride the rapid process of the reforms and development, taking place in Artsakh, which undoubtedly does not escape also the attention of the international community," the message reads in part, according to the parliament press service.
In Mirzoyan's words, due to joint efforts and tireless work we shall call into life our national goals and programmes, recording great acquisitions and achievements, in the inner, as well as foreign policy for the benefit our two Armenian states and the unity of the Armenian people.
"We bow before the memory of our brave sons, who have fallen on building the 29-year independence of Artsakh and who have adamantly and everlastingly engraved the independence of Artsakh in the history," the congratulatory address by the Speaker reads.
