We want to return to Russia: Protest outside the parliament building continues
A group of citizens continue the protest outside the Armenian parliament building on Thursday, demanding an opportunity to travel back to Russia. The main demand of the protesters from the authorities to negotiate with the Russian side and allow them to enter the country amid the international travel restrictions imposed by Russia.
"Dear Mr. Pashinyan, you have been elected by the proud citizens of Armenia. We ask and demand to start talks with the Russian side and open the borders," one of the protestors told.
The demonstrators also held posters reading "Want to Russia". "Our struggle is not political. We just want to go home," one of the protesters added.
