Court partially lifts attachment of Robert Kocharyan's property
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by judge Anna Danibekyan, on Tuesday partially lifted the attachment of the property belonging to Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan.
The court issued the ruling at a hearing held behind closed doors, Pastinfo reported.
The defense lawyers had filed a motion to the court to remove the attachment of the former president’s property at the previous hearing, asking the judge to hold the hearings behind closed doors since they concerned secret banking data.
After considering the motion, the judge postponed the hearings to get acquainted with the submitted documents.
