Armenia reports 295 new coronavirus cases, two deaths on September 17
Armenia has confirmed 295 new coronavirus infections in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 46,671 as of 11 a.m. Thursday, September 17, the Ministry of Health reports.
162 more patients have beaten COVID-19 with the total number of recoveries now standing at 42,231.
The coronavirus death toll has increased by two to 925. The latest victims were 84 (female) and 66 (male) years old. Both had underlying chronic health conditions.
The number of active cases is 3,232.
As many as 252,158 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
