Armenia reports 239 fresh coronavirus cases on September 18
Armenia has confirmed 239 new coronavirus infections in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 46,910 as of 11 a.m. Friday, September 18, the Ministry of Health reports.
138 more patients have beaten COVID-19 with the total number of recoveries now standing at 42,369.
The coronavirus death toll has increased by one to 926. The latest victim was a 45-year-old man with underlying chronic health conditions. Two other patients carrying the virus died from other causes in the past 24 hours, the ministry said.
The number of active cases is 3,330.
As many as 255,927 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
