OIF Secretary-General Louise Mushikiwabo extends unequivocal support to Armenia
The Secretary-General of the International Organisation of la Francophonie (OIF) Louise Mushikiwabo has extended her unequivocal support to Armenia in the face of Azerbaijani aggression.
"I extend my full support to Armenia, member state of Organisation of la Francophonie and express my deep concern over the resumption of clashes in Nagorno Karabakh that have caused numerous losses among the civilian population and the military" the Secretary General tweeted.
Louise Mushikiwabo also called for an immediate end to military actions and restore the dialogue to reach a negotiated solution to the conflict.
To note, Armenia presided over the 37th Ministerial Conference of la Francophonie in 2019.
