Azerbaijan has launched an offensive in direction of Artsakh- Nikol Pashinyan
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on Facebook page that the adversary launched an offensive in direction Artsakh.
"The Defense Army is successfully resisting the attack. The situation is under operative development. The information will be summed up and communicated upon necessity," Pashinyan wrote, adding: "I call on trust only official sources and stay vigilant to not succumb to the street of the enemy information sources."
"Let us stay strong behind our state, our army and in the defense positions of our sacred motherland. And we will win. Glory to the Armenian army, Armenian statehood and the Armenian people," wrote the PM.
To note, earlier Major-general Jalal Harutyunyan, Artsakh Republic Defense minister, commander of the Defense Army that Azerbaijani forces informed that the Azerbaijani side had undertaken an attack in the direction of Artsakh, bombarding civilian settlements, including the capital city Stepanakert.
