Armenia reports 174 new coronavirus cases, six deaths on September 28
Armenia has confirmed 174 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 49,574 as of 11 a.m. Monday, September 28, the Ministry of Health reports.
52 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 43,665.
The coronavirus death toll has increased by six to 957. The latest victims were 58 (female), 79 (male), 73 (male), 60 (female), 84 (female) and 74 (female) years-old all of them had underlying chronic health conditions.
The number of active cases is 4,657. As many as 286,161 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
