Azerbaijan attacks residential area in Artsakh capital with BM-21 Grad
The Azerbaijani troops launched a rocket fire from BM-21 Grad (122 mm) against one of the residential areas of Stepanakert, the capital city of Artsakh, too close to a school and kindergarten, the country’s InfoCenter said.
Also, the center shared snapshots from a house in Stepanakert damaged by the adversary’s shelling immediately after Azerbaijan launched aggression against Artsakh on September 27. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the buildings of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) mission in Artsakh and the HALO Trust international non-governmental organization.
In the early morning of September 27, Azerbaijan launched a massive air and artillery attack on the Artsakh military positions and numerous civilian settlements and infrastructure in the country, including capital Stepanakert. Artsakh civilians were urged to take shelter.
