Azerbaijan suffers 130 more casualties – Armenian MoD
Azerbaijan suffered 130 losses in manpower during heavy fighting on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan line of contact in the past 24 hours, Armenian Ministry of Defense (MoD) representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan told reporters on Wednesday.
During the day, the adversary also had 200 injured servicemen and lost 29 tanks, 3 TOS-1A multiple rocket launchers, 1 Smerch and 11 UAVs.
More than 920 Azerbaijani military casualties had been reported earlier.
In the early morning of September 27, Azerbaijan launched a massive air and artillery attack on the Artsakh military positions and numerous civilian settlements and infrastructure in the country, including capital Stepanakert. Seven civilians have been killed in Artsakh as a result of Azerbaijani attacks since the start of hostilities.
