Artsakh president: Defense Army improves its positions after heavy battles, paves the way for further advancement
As a result of heavy battles, the Defense Army improved its positions and paved the way for further advancement, Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan said on Sunday, shortly after midnight.
“Dear compatriots,
I am still in the front standing by our brave sons. They perform great feats while protecting the Motherland and all our families.
At the same time, I carry out the operative management of the Republic through the established mechanisms.
As a result of heavy battles, the Defense Army improved its positions and paved the way for further advancement.
Being trapped in the bottleneck, Azerbaijan launched heavier shells on our peaceful settlements, using long-range missiles as well. These war crimes will receive adequate responses, and to this end, we warn the Azerbaijani authorities for the last time…
We will defeat and punish the perpetrators threatening our existence,” he wrote on Facebook.
