Artsakh’s Stepanakert amid fresh Azerbaijani attack
Azerbaijan continues targeting the civilian population of Stepanakert, the capital city of Artsakh, launching fresh airstrikes against the city on Sunday.
The Armenian Unified Infocenter has published photos from Stepanakert taken by photographer Karapet Sahakyan.
In the early morning of September 27, Azerbaijan launched a massive air and artillery attack on the Artsakh military positions, numerous civilian settlements and infrastructure in the country, including Stepanakert, the towns of Martuni, Martakert and Hadrut. Artsakh civilians were told to take shelter.
Both Armenia and Artsakh have declared martial law and a general mobilization.
