Ombudsman: Azerbaijan again directly targets civilian infrastructure in Artsakh
Since Monday morning Azerbaijani military has been directly targeting schools and kindergartens, residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure in Artsakh’s Stepanakert, a densely populated civilian capital city, Armenian Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) Arman Tatoyan said on Facebook on Monday.
“Cluster war-headed missiles are repeatedly used to attack peaceful population by terror-inspiring means. Many casualties, destructions caused already,” he wrote.
“Artak Beglaryan, the Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh, media are evidencing,” Tatoyan added.
