"This war is different from all the wars fought before," Artsakh National Assembly Speaker Artur Tovmasyan told reporters on Tuesday.

He noted that all wars are essentially brain wars, and the winners are those who act competently.

"I want to assure our compatriots that we are fighting this war in such a way that every step, action and operation have few negative effects for us," he said.

The parliament speaker believes that this time Turkey forced Azerbaijan to embark on a new adventure.

"After all this, I see two scenarios for power shift in Azerbaijan. First, Ilham Aliyev hands over the power to his spouse, which is little unlikely at the moment, as no legislative changes will be made during martial law,” he said. “Maybe Ilham Aliyev has already been removed from office, because the world already knows that we are fighting a war waged by Turkey and the Turkish military.”
