Footage of destruction of Azeri military’s large fuel storage depot released
The Armenian Ministry of Defense spokeswoman Shushan Stepanyan on Wednesday released a video showing the destruction of a large POL (petroleum, oil and lubricants) storage depot of the Azerbaijani military.
Earlier the spokeswoman said that the Azerbaijani troops attempted to advance and consolidate in the southeastern direction of the Artsakh frontline (off Jabrayil) overnight, but the enemy units were engaged and defeated by accurate rocket-artillery fire of the Armenian Armed Forces.
“At 6:30am, after another rocket-artillery fire, the remnants of the adversary’s three oversized brigades fled the battlefield in panic, leaving in their wake 60 more killed in action, as well as 22 destroyed and several dozen operational pieces of equipment. A video is available,” she wrote on Facebook.
“Not long before, a large enemy POL storage depot was destroyed in the southeastern direction by a pinpoint fire of the Armenian units. There are now opportunities in various directions of the frontline for exploitation of success,” the spokeswoman said.
